What type of ingredients do you use?

Most people don't realize the human body actually produces its own endogenous cannabinoids: natural equivalents of the compounds found in the hemp plant, like CBD. This is not a foreign substance to your body.

If this is your first time using CBD or full spectrum/broad spectrum hemp oil start low and slow. 

Start with 10-16 mg of full or broad spectrum oil and adjust dosage as needed over the next few weeks. Be consistent, as your body will need to adapt to this new natural product. If you decide to adjust your dosage, do so in 5-10 mg increments.

How much should I take?

Return Policy: We stand behind our products and are committed to purity and transparency. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to help@mett.com within 30 days of receiving your product. In general, after 30 days, if your product is already opened, we'll tell you to keep it or give it to a friend — and we'll simply refund your order to whatever card you used to make the purchase.
